About the Founders

Rahul K. Singh Founder & Managing Director

Rahul Singh is an engineering graduate with two decades of international experience in technology, customer success and leadership.

He founded Shri Prasha Ventures with a belief that business should empower people and deliver outcomes that matter. Behind every property decision, technology investment or business partnership, he sees someone’s hard-earned money, trust and aspirations.

His vision connects the company’s four business areas—Real Estate & Infrastructure, IT & Technology, Import, Export & Trading, and Logistics & Warehousing—through a shared purpose: creating practical solutions and lasting value. His approach centres on listening carefully, communicating honestly and taking ownership, helping customers make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.

Priyanka Singh Co-founder & Director

Priyanka Singh is an alumna of NITK Surathkal and holds an MBA, with two decades of international experience in engineering and technology.

She brings an engineering perspective and business insight to the company’s vision of empowering people and businesses. Her approach combines thoughtful strategy, innovation, quality and efficient execution to translate customer needs into dependable solutions and meaningful outcomes.

Across Shri Prasha Ventures’ business areas, her approach reflects integrity, accountability and responsible growth.
